REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Thank you so much for purchasing from thtgrlreads! As our items are printed for each individual person, we do not offer any refunds/ exchanges/ or cancellations. However, if you have any issues or problems with your order please reach out and we would be more than happy to discuss it with you and make it right! 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

thtgrlreads cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.

TIMING:

All of our items require an up 7 day processing time, though we do the best we can to get them out much faster, depending on order volume/time of year.
